      As a Wine Manager, I enjoy the task of curating a wine list specific to our Summerlin Location. I work closely with wine representatives and vendors to place orders and ensure the restaurant is properly stocked, while still working to maintain low costs. Inventory is counted every two weeks to assist in managing liquor and wine costs. I work towards training and educating the associates on their beer, liquor, and wine knowledge, through classes and tastings.
