As a Manager at Khurais Producing Department, overseen diverse roles in operations, field operations, maintenance, and engineering. Led commissioning of key facilities, including a satellite GOSP and a cogeneration facility, improving production and energy efficiency. During my tenure at Saudi Aramco has spanned across various sectors, contributing to the establishment of new departments and divisions. Successfully navigated major challenges such as the 2014 oil price collapse, the 2019 facility attack, and COVID-19. Led innovative solutions in operational challenges and the implementation of 4th Industrial Revolution technologies have resulted in significant cost savings and recognition, such as World Economic Forum. Additionally, developed a groundbreaking seawater treatment facility and revolutionized field operations with the deployment of new-generation UAVs, showcasing my commitment to sustainability and technological advancement. Show less Led the Khurais Crude Oil Increment, which was one of the largest company projects intended to boost the production capacity of Saudi Arabia’s oil, managed the significant expansion of the Khurais oil field, enhancing its production by 300,000 barrels per day of Arabian Light crude oil. Overseen the integration of a new Oil Train, a third gas train, and a Sulfate Removal Facility, among other advanced infrastructures. A 160-megawatt combined cycle cogeneration plant was established under my leadership to bolster energy efficiency. The project also included extending 243 kilometers of oil and gas pipelines equipped with a cutting-edge leak detection system, a new booster pump for increased seawater supply, and the pioneering use of nonmetallic pipes over 390 kilometers. Underpinning this expansion was our commitment to environmental stewardship, exemplified by the Seawater Reverse Osmosis Plant, which replaced the use of non-potable groundwater with treated seawater, reflecting our dedication to sustainable and innovative resource management.
