I then ran a press of my own for 4 out of the 6 years whilst working in the factory.

I have a team of three experienced sales executives that cover the SE, SW and the North. Alongside managing my team I control the central area from Norwich to Wales. Introducing a structure to the sales team was my primary objective. Now that has been achieved, concentration can be directed on improving the potential business through what is still a difficult economic climate. Sourcing new clients and keeping existing ones happy is an important duty for all of the sales team. To grow the business our client base needs to also grow to allow budgets to increase year after year and grow Crendon to the largest manufacturer of engineered projects in the UK, Marketing is a small duty within my role, but I hope to expand on this by opening new doors for Crendon, through entertaining advertising and by means of corporate events and shows.
