  MatrixX is a central database, storing the shared data in the project. The users can have simultaneous access and modify the data; they can follow-up milestones, track project progress, import / export data and generate reports. The project manager can be the person with the right to modify the Milestone dates (values like target, forecast, actual) and he is responsible for their accuracy. Migration of an entire Remote Service Unit (RSU) utilizing the Alcatel-Lucent Progressive CutOver (PCO) mechanized process. For NGN network replacements, leveraging PCO allows a linked event chain for each line at migration. This tool suite has been used for TDM (Huawei, Ericsson, and Siemens) to NGN (Alcatel, Huawei) migrations. Extending the use of NGN technology in the access part of the network using outdoor MSANs placed in street cabinets. By so doing, it will take voice and broadband services nearer to the end-users offering them much greater bandwidth and a range of new services.
