  Together with my colleagues I have significantly contributed to the Legislation creation, necessary for implementation of the privatization process for the Banks, Enterprises, Apartments and Business Premises in the Brcko District of Bosnia & Herzegovina. Evaluation provided for the Brcko District Public Owned Enterprises and development of the relevant privatization methods including the detailed marketing plans for every privatization conducted in the District. Management of both, international and regional privatization tenders including the distribution and marketing of the privatization tenders/auction materials to the large number of organizations/companies interested in privatization process in the District. Share Purchase Agreement negotiation on behalf of the Brcko District, representing the OHR-BFAO position in the negotiation team. I have participated in the Working Group for Securities in Brcko District, with the active and significant role in creation of the Law on Securities and establishment of the Commission and Register for the Securities in Brcko District.Together with my colleagues from Legal Department of OHR BFAO, I have developed the concept and the Draft Law on Privatization of Business Premises.
