Mapping Broker data (from SLI) to new business records and facilitating the payment of the commission by repatriating the funds back to SA and paying it locally to brokers’ accounts. Business Solution Consultant - Logging and capturing of anomalies in the business environment. These anomalies usually take the form of admin errors and pricing feed faults. Once the errors have been logged an investigation process is required which looks into who was responsible, what means are best to resolve the error, and what measures can be put in place to make sure that these don’t re-occur.Business Analyst – Consolidating schedules of issues in the online reporting environment and working with the IT team to provide solutions. “iBrowse” is the name of the online reporting portal. Perform all of the Admin that is needed in order to move moneys offshore i.e. 1) Maintain a roster (client list) of all moneys mCubed moved offshore 2) Facilitate the transfer of funds between the appropriate banks for interest and offshore transfer purposes 3) Booking of forex spot rates through the finance team 4) Transfer of funds offshore.Performance Reporting – Drawing up of monthly performance reports for SISM Funds, the Enhanced Series Funds, Grant Thornton Funds and ADDLIP offering. One page reports or fund fact sheets are created which give a brief description of market environment, the funds performance compared to that of the benchmark as well as details regarding to the asset allocations / weightings.
