With a focus on ensuring a secure environment for customers and sellers, the project has achieved impressive results. Over 890,000 SMS warnings have been sent to customers, alerting them to risky conversations with sellers. Additionally, approximately 900,000 SMS warnings have been issued to customers, advising against offline transactions with identified fraud sellers, resulting in the cancellation of 76,574 orders. Through off-network fraud detection, the project has successfully deactivated 2,140 seller accounts. Proactively, 125,067 unauthorized COD fake orders have been canceled, and an additional 3,112 confirmed fake orders have been canceled after notifications were sent. Furthermore, risky seller voucher notifications have been sent to 3,849 sellers, leading to the deactivation of 3,202 promo IDs and 1,405 sellers. These efforts collectively contribute to creating a safer and more secure environment within the Lazada platform to adhere to its campaign "Sure ka sa Lazada", thereby boosting trust and confidence for all users.
