Implemented Agile methodologies, overseeing 4 Data Tacticians and coordinating 9 Embedded Data Integrators to support 200+ personnel. Drove the development and implementation of data solutions that enhanced the speed and quality of intelligence delivered to combatant commanders. Managed both operational and administrative data, automating routine tasks to increase efficiency. Utilized machine learning models to streamline analytical processes and develop custom dashboards for external organizations like NSA and NGA. Engaged directly in coding and analysis, contributing to the development of innovative data solutions. Collaborated daily with higher echelons to influence and standardize data practices across the wing.- Designed a multi-day Data Literacy course, training an instructor cadre of 5, with the course being taught 20+ times reaching 268 analysts. Later adopted as mandatory training for a large Intelligence Group, fixing technical communication difficulties within the organization.- Facilitated integration between Neo4j and PostgeSQL databases using Apache Kafka, enabling 2-way sync between a new rapid threat assessment reporting app and an ArcGIS GDB for comprehensive analysis, eliminating duplication and expediting critical information.- Restructured an inefficient data schema into a fourth-normal-form PostgreSQL database, reducing data anomalies 36% and cutting threat reporting from 26 minutes to 3 minutes. Represented Air Force Intel, delivering a 1-hour session to ~60 attendees, and was recognized by ESRI Defense Team Senior Leader.- Led the transition to an Object-Based Production framework for 3 intelligence squadrons, totaling approx. 700 personnel. Designed and deployed applications to support this transition. Developed and implemented 4 real-time operational dashboards and 2 administrative dashboards using ArcGIS and Python, enhancing data-driven decision-making and standardizing workflows across teams.- Engineered a 300,000-feature geospatial dataset in Python. Applied unsupervised clustering to extract 28 key statistics on 389 adversary deployments, refining 78 targeting areas by 56km2 (82% reduction). Recognized by Major Command’s highest-ranking enlisted leader.- Identified and resolved a critical systemic data flaw, correcting errors in 78% of 423 reports. Engineered a Naïve Bayes-based algorithm using Scikit-Learn in Jupyter Notebook to rectify 103k data points. Deployed the model in a geoprocessing web tool for future automated error prevention. Increased efficiency by saving 70+ analysts an average of 1 hour daily. Cited as best practice in AFCENT Intelligence Enterprise paper and adopted as Air Combatant Command doctrine for Activity-Based Intelligence,- Fed data-driven analytics to the Army for joint continuity of the ops environment, supporting the Army Intel’s #1 Line of Effort. The effort was praised by the Army Intelligence Director.- Wrote a near-real-time target tracking algorithm applying DBSCAN that provided 24/7 autonomous custody of targets for allies downrange that was lauded by a 2-star General.- Headed the unit's premier Data as a Service team.
