Hayden secured funding for these projects to start in the next financial year (FY20).He also initiated and completed two other HR projects. The first project related to employee health monitoring which involved establishing new IT systems, engaging health service providers, and integration with existing systems. The second concerned a new online employee on-boarding system to replace an old paper based system. This was again a new IT system requiring integration with existing systems. The configuration partner for this project was based in India. The RXP team consisted of 20 consultants split into three delivery streams running in parallel. RXP are responsible for the IT Service Management processes area of the SMT program. Aurora Energy were migrating their Customer Management and Billing system from Oracle CC&B to Hansen HubCX. RXP had previously developed a mobile app for Aurora customers to manage their account details and view usage information. The original app integrated with CC&B and this project was to modify the integration layer from the app architecture to integrate with both Oracle CC&B and Hansen HubCX. The OurService platform is a service management platform using a combination of ServiceNow (Service Management), ipScape (Telephony), and AgyleTime (Workforce Management). OurService provides DHHS' 9000 employees omni-channel (online portal, email, phone, chat, etc) support for around 70 payroll related service requests. Once requests are received OurService manages multiple internal workflows and system integrations to ensure work is allocated correctly against internal teams and SLAs are met. Inbuilt performance analytics engines monitor request trends, team capacity, team utilisation, and team performance which allow metrics to drive continuous improvement of the service to DHHS employees.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the three involved vendors (ServiceNow, ipScape, and AgyleTime) to ensure the foundation platform and all integrations with internal and external systems were correctly designed, built, and tested. Each vendor was a separate remote team, with many inter-dependencies which meant for close collaboration and great communication.* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives at the team level,* Facilitate Reviews/demonstrations at the foundation stream level. The FY2024/25 portfolio identified key ICT projects where additional funding was required from DTF.
