      *Worked as an Quality Engineer trainee and taken care of quality of all the sub assembly products of motors and pumps like Impellers, Shaft, Stator Body, Housings, etc., before and after machining. *Ensuring dimensions by frequent inspection through various measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Plug Gauge, Screw Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.,*Reducing rejection rate of the sub products by analysing the rate and cause of rejection.*Advising machine operators to maintain the chuck pressure to avoid the material cracks.*Solved a major welding issue in stator body which had been occured frequently during welding them with flanges then sorted out by analysing both the machine and its operator and found a fault in machine feed rate of cold wires.*Ensuring the dimensions of the sub assembly products by maintaining the proper QA report which also be helpful for future reference.
