      I managed the COVID-19 response for groups with social vulnerabilities and/or complex needs (this includes individuals and/or settings for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness - including rough sleepers, prison populations, asylum seekers, GRT communities and domestic abuse refuges). My key duties have included the following: • Delivered a Covid-19 response in the line with the relevant Incident Management Plans (IMPs), regularly updating IMPs in line with changing Covid legislation;• I led the Incident Management Team (IMT) response for the homeless and asylum seeker IMPs, which involved coordinating immediate IMT responses upon notification of rough sleepers being identified as having a Covid risk. Key tasks included working with community nurses, hospital team, police, substance misuse and alcohol services and other to deliver testing, transportion, accommodation and developing a support package to enable safe self-isolation (i.e. food, alcohol and substance use related support and any other identified needs) • I led the Covid vaccination planning and delivery for homeless and asylum seeker cohorts in Nottinghamshire, this included the mapping of all homeless services across the County. This included advocating for these cohorts regarding prioritising for initial Covid vaccinations and continued this representation for ongoing immunisation delivery discussions; • Developing the local Covid guidance for Winter Night Shelters; • Support on the management of a homeless health contract;• Provide Public Health input around control measures and vaccination delivery during the establishment of asylum seeker contingency hotels in the county• Develop a broader health protection plan to manage communcicable disease outbreaks amongst these vulnerable populations, taking on the learning, experience and relationships from managing Covid-19;• Line management responsibility of two Public Health Support Officers.
