      When I initially came back to join the CBE team, I met with all prominent stakeholders across the organization to determine pain points within the organization. These pain points did not need to pertain specifically to project management, but could be other pain points throughout the organization. I developed an initial plan for a 90 day time frame. Now, I continue to follow an iterative, collaborative, and relationship -focused planning cycle. I also weave elements of Organizational Change Management (the people side of change) throughout all initiatives and projects where I either lead or am a participant. Change happens within organizations at a rapid pace now, and change saturation is a real thing that plagues initiatives. Extending a hand to people at an individual level to bring them through the change with you is imperative. Show less
