  Reviewed and approved all go-to-market website and app work. Wrote copy for a variety of campaigns across Verizon’s website, paid media and more. Helped stand up a test-and-learn team that was hyper-focused on ideating and crafting new ways to test creative strategy and execution, all in an effort to create personalized end-to-end experiences for each individual that interacted with Verizon’s mobile and home products. Had a blast along the way. As one of the In-House Agency's first copywriters, I helped develop copy guidelines and best practices for the digital team. I spent most of my days writing and reviewing copy for the website, display banners and paid social media. Worked on all things .com, from the homepage through checkout. Acted as the lead copywriter for holiday campaigns, phone launches, landing pages and promos. Took part in a few major shifts, including multiple website redesigns and a full-blown brand reset.
