      I established the charter, vision and mission of the Process and Procedures team for the Managed Hosting Services organization. The mission of the Process and Procedures team was to foster competitive advantages by employing processes and best practices that are consistent, repeatable, efficient, continually improving and effective. The team engaged with internal stakeholders from regional locations to gain their guidance and concurrence of the emerging processes.       Lead Planner

      The TCOP (Total Cost of Ownership Project) initiative was to standardize the file/print and desktop OS infrastructure to a centralized help desk support model for a top 10 U.S. Bank. The client had 14,400 desktop devices in scope worldwide for this initiative. I managed the standard operating procedures for three other planners as well as took an active role in the support activities of the next day desktop support team. In addition to the management responsibilities, I conducted planning activities which included meeting with departmental lead in the different lines of business to discuss, plan, communicate and conduct migration activities. • Worked directly with 23 LOBs to coordinate and support migration activities. This was the largest number of departments migrated by a single planner. This effort included two executive departments: Global Cash Management and Private Wealth Management.• Accomplished the migration of all assigned lines of business two months prior to the targeted project end date.       In support of OpSolve's proprietary utility billing CIS/CRM, I with solution architects by developing or enhancing functionality to meet client requirements. This included gathering the initial functionality requirements, integrating them with the technical design documents and formally building use cases for testing. I was responsible for leading internal teams through formal testing and gap identification/resolution to bring the functionality to production readiness and provided ongoing support to the clients. I have led teams on 22 successful system implementation projects in 7 states and 3 implementations in Mexico. The implementation to the client in Mexico included new functionality that provided dynamic field labeling which enabled the application to function in both English and localized Spanish. The last implementation/support effort I championed for OpSolve had in scope the full migration of approximately 800k water/sewer and electric accounts in 3 jurisdictions from a mainframe system to OpSolve's CIS/CRM in a SaaS model. This included full compliance of functionality and reporting to align with regulatory requirements. The services provided in the SaaS model include outsourcing of all billing operations, lockbox, bill print and presentment as well as pay portal services and collections.Promoted to Director of Functional Delivery in 2013.
