Candidate Regina Wragg I was hired as a resident mentor the second semester of my freshmen year. I worked as a RM in two dorms both male and coed. In both residence halls I mentored over 25 freshmen students and helped them as they transitioned from home to college. As a RM I was dedicated to the quality of my residence experience within my residence hall. I not only maintained the floor but also built a community through various experiences by way of involvement in hall activities and campus events.
