  I led the merger of the Westpac North Lakes & St George North Lakes team to open the 2nd Multi-Branded Co-Location Branch in Queensland. This required strategic & proactive leadership to ensure that the change was positive for the team and our customers. Highlights include strong balance sheet performance & customer growth in the first 12 months as well as strong team culture scores after a period of significant change. Post-launch, I have enjoyed sharing best practice and supporting other leaders in QLD for their rollouts.I have also continued to lead the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane North region as Acting Regional General Manager in 2023 & 2024 leading & supporting the Bank Managers of 15 Westpac & St George branches from Chermside to Gympie.I have also had opportunities to relieve in QLD State Operations (Consumer & Home Lending). This has given me a deeper understanding of the business & strategic priorities supporting the QLD State Leadership Team to achieve positive outcomes across key metrics: Performance, Financial, Customer, Risk & People.
