  Began as Temporary Float Teller at Hibernia Bank in Hayward. Which was later purchased by Security Pacific Bank. I was kept on due to my excellence in customer service while others were released. I went on to Security Pacific Bank in Oakland as Branch Operations Assistant with all responsibilities entailed in that position. Historically They were also later purchased by Bank of America. I then moved to the Berkeley branch of Bank of America as a Merchant Supervisor.

Advanced 13.4 points in customer satisfaction --1st week of second quarter, 2015. Overseeing migration to digital technology in banking services : educating customers in processes involved. Established a $1Million line of credit with a new customer. In my 7 years as Manager I built this branch from a non-performing branch to a top -tier revenue generated branch. Banking Center Manager at three locations Ongoing promotions as I transferred branch to branch to build and enhance customer relations and branch performance.
