  To contribute and take actively part in actions of ST General Alarm(Fire Oil Discharge Bomb Threat etc.) according to Emergency Response Plan • Work with documentary: Follow receipt of approved ID request form to make «Sangachal Terminal» and «Visitor» Identification Cards•Provide brief induction • Advise visitors that all matches and lighters must be left with Security for return on departure that Cameras, Mobile Phones, Pagers and other battery operated equipment are not allowed into the Process area unless covered by a Hot Work Permit and that PPE must be worn before entering the process area• Control the presence of ID passes, and PPE to all employees at the process area of the Sangachal Terminal.• Fix the time, evacuate the Staff from administration building and proceed to the Emergency Command Center (Large Conference Room)• Advise people, if there were any at the outside of the Terminal before commencing alarm signal to stay away from the designated Muster Point while mustering• Keep the entrance to the Terminal free to support unhampered access for Emergency Reaction Teams (Ambulance, Fire Brigade, Briggs Marine and etc). Inform Security Shift Supervisor on theirs arrival• Collate with the Muster Coordinator the number of people at the muster point with the number of mustered T cards on the rack and stay there till the end of emergency controlling the situation at muster point.• Provide the Incident Command Center with the hard copy of POB after majority of people inside left the Terminal during the Emergency mustering• Rolling Patrol the Terminal site and in case observe any dangerous job stop it and inform management. •Provide properly access to gas area ( searching all entering people in case any prohibited things, search of all vehicles inside(matches, lighter and other battery-operated equipment, bomb, firearms etc ) and outside (bomb, spark arrester on muffler, oil leakage, access for diesel vehicles only, etc) Show less
