  Attend to the production planning for all disciplines, covering the area from Cowan to Newcstle. Looking at the long term planning of all the routine maintenace and defect removal.Ensuring that all the equipment is cover with a maintenance tasks and schedules. Assisted with the implementation of SAP as our new maintenance toolSubject matter expert for SAP within my territory on the Central Coast. Acting MOM for Central Coast Territory which covers from Cowan to Hamilton on the main north line, in charge of 100+ staff which maintains railway infrastructure and provides emergency response to incidents. Creating new and updating existing Signalling Technical Maintenance Plans, reviewing TMP's for other discplines. Assist Asset Initiatives area as a SME for Signalling.
