      As a student intern in the final year of my Master's program, I provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy for children, adolescents and adults at Manatee Glens in Bradenton, Florida. I work primarily in the Rape Crisis Center, where I see clients with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, substance abuse issues, and other co occurring disorders. I primarily utilize Trauma-Focused CBT interventions in this role, though my relationships with my clients are always person-centered. I emphasize mindfulness techniques, feminist theory, social justice principles, empowerment and admiration as I help clients move from "victims" to "survivors" and feel safe again in the world.
