      The ProjectNPI v2 is a tool developed jointly by TCS and Motorola IT team. This Tool is used to cascade Information like New Products introduced along with additional information such as BOM (Bill of Materials) and the Status of the different models to the business users of Motorola. The C21 (NPI) tool tracks NPI workflow data from the generation of Outlook figures to Status 03. At regular intervals throughout the day, the tool extracts data from several key Motorola systems via a simple web interface and promotes self service thus collaborating work between the customer groups.The application has complex interfaces and batches that run every day to provide data from to our system which makes it critical to monitor of these jobs so as to ensure that the application has the latest data. The application is a web-based application using .net. ASP.NET as front end and C#. NET as code behind language. The application uses Oracle 9i as database. Show less The ProjectGPPD is Motorola internal application that tracks the life cycle of mobiles and its pricing details. PS & C Internal Web Application tracks the product safety and compliance of all the products (Mobile phones).Both the projects come under Mobile Devices business of Motorola.This is a support project with a total size of 3 members. GPPD is a 24*7 application and the users are available across the globe, whereas PS & C Internal Web is a 16*5 application. Majority of the users are situated in US. The various activities involve resolving user queries, access issues, server issues, application error/bugs and enhancement request as per agreed SLA's.Both the applications are web based using .net, basically ASP.NET as UI and VB.NET as code behind language.
