  Duties & Responsibilities - Managed the construction and expansion projects of retail supermarket outlets, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning and design to construction and handover.- Oversaw and supervised retail renovation and remodelling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.- Created and maintained project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet deadlines.- Planned and managed the implementation of Roof Mounted Solar PV Systems, capacities ranging from 100 kVA – 1000 kVA- Directed daily facilities maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, fire and plumbing systems, to ensure a seamless shopping environment for customers.- Implemented sustainable practices, such as waste reduction programs and energy-saving initiatives, aligning with corporate sustainability goals and reducing the store's environmental footprint.- Developed and executed emergency response protocols, training staff and conducting drills to ensure preparedness for various emergency scenarios.Special Achievements - Functioned as the Client Project Manager of LogiPark International Keells DC Project (Central Distribution Centre for Keells Supermarket chain) which was a $ 40 Million Investment.- Functioned as a Project Engineer in the Keells Rebranding (Green Keells) project which took place in year 2017.- Functioned as a Project Engineer in the Keells Refit Program where 66 retail outlets across the island were refitted within a span of 6 months to conform to the rebranded Green theme.- Successfully implemented roof mounted Solar systems in 60+ Keells supermarkets amounting up to 5.4 MW.   As the Facilities Manager at SA Water House, a critical infrastructure in South Australia, my main responsibilities include:- Coordinating repairs and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, UPS, Fire Systems within SA Water House which includes commercial office space and laboratories.- Overseeing laboratory-specific equipment and infrastructure, encompassing Fume Cupboards, Gas systems (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Natural Gas etc.), Nederman Extraction Arms, Bio Cabinets, Autoclaves, Industrial Dishwashers, RO Water Systems and Gas Sensors.- Effective management of contractors to facilitate safe work that are in line with HSSEQ guidelines including: Checking contractors SWMS, JSA & SDS in conjunction with contractors to facilitate safe work. - Managing and ensuring planned preventative maintenance is completed on time and to budget, and that all statutory works are complete to AS/NZS standards- Provide input into Capital works plans, manage Capital works and tenancy fit outs as required.- Development of planned preventative maintenance schedules including development of POs in line with vendor contracts and to reflect yearly pricing changes.- Monitor and report on the NABERS Rating of the asset while exploring opportunities to improve environmental performance.- Responsible for the development of high-level Total Asset Management plans and Asset Life Cycle Plans.
