Overhauled 2 generators SULZERR S20, One internal gear teeth damaged, opened up replaced new gears and boxed back with workshop. Assisted in reinstallation of One generator SULZER S20 adding total of 3 generators onboard. assisted SULZER technicians for the work. COMPLETED DRY DOCK DUTIES for 1 month onbaord. during dry dock,overhauled the following: PURIFIER VARIOUS PUMPS AND ASSOCIATED MOTORS STEERING GEARS SYSTEM-ELECTRO HYDRAULIC 4 RAM. COMPLETE OVERHAULED 5 OUT OF 6 CYLINDER UNITS OF SULZER 06RTA 62-U. INSTALLED NEW PISTON HEAD AND SKIRT AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORK. Show less
