      I was Project Administrator of Team Swapnojan. The team was formed by a group of 26 members (i.e., 20 active senior students & 6 additional juniors) of undergraduate programs of AUST. Formed in 2016, the first attempt was in HVC’17 where two prestigious awards were bagged by the team.MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:(1) Arrange a preliminary test to select the students who have proper knowledge of automotive engineering & any idea of project management related job.(2) Identify all the major tasks and assign them by forming small groups of team members to get involved into team work.(3) Maintain regular communication with all the groups who look after different kinds of tasks -- e.g., Financial budgetary plan & execution; Vehicle design, drawing, simulation, procurement & fabrication related tasks; Project cost estimation; Media arrangement; Managing Sponsorship etc.(4) Assist team members with proper guidance, event registration, documentation and project-related conversations over chat, telephone as well as email.(5) Finalize all sorts of paper works, departmental approvals, official formalities, financial statements & project management related documents and so on.(6) Update Team Advisors & foreign ISIE organizers periodically about all the progresses of group works over phone & emails.(7) Organize all the team members before taking any crucial decision related to finance or the betterment of the whole project.(8) Along with some team members prepare hotel arrangements, transportation for all the team members while attending the dynamic event physically at Buddh International Circuit (BIC) race track in Delhi, India.       "A STUDY OF VAPOR COMPRESSION REFRIGERATION CYCLE WITH DIFFERENT REFRIGERANTS (R-134a & R-600a) AT DIFFERENT COOLING LOAD CONDITIONS" at the ambient condition of Bangladesh. Designed & Fabricated a Vapor Compressor Refrigeration System (VCRS) which was a handmade test rig (freezer) insulated with white Polystyrene Foam Sheets. Charged the refrigerating system with two Refrigerants (R-134a & R-600a) subsequently to make a comparison of these refrigerants. Generated different charts & graphs for the consideration of these refrigerants at the ambient condition of Bangladesh.At the end of the research, reached to the following considerations:(1) Refrigerating effect of R-134a is far better than R-600a in overall cases.(2) Power saving characteristics of R-600a is always better than R-134a.(3) At higher load condition, R-134a is always better than R-600a.(4) R-600a has zero ODP whereas R-134a has thousand times higher ODP than R-600a.
