  Anne began her career working in her home town of LaGrange, Georgia. While at Wetherington and Smith she developed her skills in preparing construction documents while working on K-12 school projects and church projects.

  Her early years at Nichols Carter Grant (later to become NCG Architects) provided Anne with exposure to a diverse range of project types, scales, and locations. During 17 years at NCG Anne designed and managed schools, churches, community clubs, golf clubs, tennis clubs, resorts, condominium projects, lodges and single family residences throughout the United States and Internationally.In 1999 Anne earned a leadership role and principal ownership in NCG Architects becoming more involved in the firm’s management and operations, while continuing to lead project teams from conceptual design through construction.
