  As an IT Support Officer at Loreto School in South Sudan, I was responsible for a variety of tasks related to computer lab management, internet connectivity, database system design, website design, and IT support. I oversaw the layout and design of the school's computer lab, providing recommendations for equipment purchases such as laptops, projectors, printers, and smart TVs. I also managed the expansion of the school's internet connectivity to cover not only the Secondary school, but also the Primary school, the school Health center, and the teacher's residence. To achieve this, I implemented a point-to-point connection system from the computer lab as the central point.During my tenure at Loreto School, I was appointed as the Head of Academics, where I designed and implemented a database system to capture students’ data upon enrolment. This database system was also utilized to capture students’ exam scores and generate end-term report forms. Additionally, I contributed to the design of the school's website and provided technical support for the repair of laptops, installation of software, and running updates and security patches.I was also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for both staff and students.
