  As a senior geotechnical engineer, I managed projects from small local site investigations to complex multidisciplinary investigations. I was also responsible for the supervision and career development of junior engineers by mentoring them on health and safety as well as on technical skills. I was also involved in delivering geotechnical logging courses at the University of Queensland between 2012 and 2018. Finally, as a project manager I was responsible for all phases of a project from the preparation of tender responses, delivery of multi disciplinary and multi million dollars projects, leading teams up to 60 people, preparation of geotechnical factual and engineering reports, client liaison and project invoicing. My experience includes construction supervision, collection of geological and geotechnical data, soil and rock logging, on site coordination, management and supervision of geotechnical field investigations (including overwater drilling, test pit excavation and insitu testing}. I am also experienced in geotechnical analysis, report preparation, project management and providing geotechnical advices during construction for bored piles, footing inspections and temporary platforms.I was also responsible for retaining wall design, settlement analysis, risk analysis and slope stability analysis in small to medium scale urban development, oil and gas and infrastructure projects.   I worked as the Decmil principal geotechnical engineering for multiple road projects. My tasks consisted off analysing laboratory test results for material reuse in embankment and subgrade, subgrade design verification, general road construction advices as well as assisting in the preparation of tenders.

  As the NACOE program manager, I am responsible for facilitating cooperation between TMR and ARRB; preparing financial reports for the program board; improving program governance; ensuring the 120+ projects constituting the program are delivered on time and on budget; finalising and closing out outstanding historical reports; managing the program finances; preparing financial and completion reports for presentation to the program board; and ensuring that the program benefits are realised. With my geotechnical background, I have also been involved in some of the NACOE research projects on a technical level.Concurrently to the NACOE program manager role, I am also the project manager on multiple projects.
