As a Community Opportunities Activities Support Worker, I take part in the new project launched by the Queen Cross Housing association which aims to re-connect the company with the local community. The goal of the project is to provide resources and activities for those living within the Queens Cross Housing Association area. The specific branch I work in is dedicated to find ways to get in touch with people from minority groups who are harder to reach and therefore don't benefit from the great activities. I benefited from engaging with people from all age groups in the community and participating in delivering activities to them. Show less
