Weekly updates are provided to executives within IT and in the business units.• Managing a portfolio of projects to implement Genesys Contact Center and Microsoft Dynamics solutions with a nationwide rollout that will improve agent productivity and will have an EBITDA impact of $6.1-million per year. These projects have a budget up to $3-million.• Managed Genesys Contact Center projects including enterprise-wide rollouts to two of our education systems (of 55 and 28 schools) resulting in a 10% increase in successful warm call transfer rates. The projects have budgets of up to $2-million.• Managed a team that has enabled an enterprise wide call/screen recording solution supporting 2,700 agents for quality assurance and legal compliance. The rollout was done in stages with an overall budget of $900K, all phases of the project were done in budget and on schedule. • Led a $5-million project to replace the existing telephone/contact center solution with a new Avaya IP Based solution for EDMC’s online division.       • Managing the IT and Security portfolios for Gateway. This entails leading the yearly IT budgeting exercise, obtaining cost estimates for specific projects, creating/presenting business cases for those projects to executives to justify approvals, through project planning, execution through to transition to business as usual (BAU).• Led Gateway’s initiative to become certified in HITRUST. HITRUST is a framework for the healthcare industry to ensure information security. In this project I had to interact with executives and contributors throughout the organization to develop policies and processes to ensure all requirements were met and then ensured evidence was gathered and presented to show the processes were implemented. We successfully received our certification in January of 2019.• Managed an initiative to provide redundancy in our telecom infrastructure and to bring down telephony expense by $200,000+ per year. This project involved the creation of an RFP, vendor qualification/evaluation, vendor selection and contract negotiations.• Led Gateway Health’s efforts to prepare for Delaware’s new Medicaid Enterprise Systems (DMES) which will altered the way managed care organizations share information with the state on members and claims. This $500K project involved not only working with IT and business resources within Gateway Health, but also managing the work with our vendors and partners to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.• Managed projects to integrate claims data with a third party liability vendor for multiple lines of business.       As the Chair of the Mt. Lebanon Democratic Committee I led the largest Democratic Committee in the South Hills, with 60 members and over 20 associates. In this role. The committees efforts have been consequential in the elections of Conor Lamb to Congress and Pam Iovino to the PA State Senate. The committee also mentors and supports the highly qualified slate of candidates we have for the Mt. Lebanon Commission and Mt. Lebanon School Board.
