  Abril.com was the main Editora Abril's news website that combined the digital content production for all of the company’s brands and published exclusive hard news content. As a designer, I was responsible for creating infographics and all multimedia content, besides designing all interface and features for the web site. In 2009, I was promoted to senior designer and had the opportunity to redesign the entire web site. In addition to creating the new visual identity, I also led the AI and Usability team. Show less As Recreio magazine’s web site designer (children's publication that aims to entertain and encourage the passion for reading among 6-11 year-old children), I was responsible for the development (design, layout and action script programming) of four collection hotsites. At the same time, I was part of the company's first multimedia initiatives, creating and implementing online infographics and special multimedia content for Superinteressante, Mundo estranho, Aventuras na História, Educar para Crescer, Guia do Estudante, Almanaque Abril, Viagem e Turismo, VIP and Capricho. Show less During the Abril's Editorial Trainee Program, I had the opportunity to work in 4 different areas: Digital Products' Core (as responsible for the web sites Capricho, Superinteressante, Mundo Estranho, Aventuras na História, Guia do Estudante and Almanaque Abril), Recreio Magazine, VIP Magazine and Recreionline (Recreio magazine’s website). I had the chance of dividing my internship between print and digital experiences, in order to understand the specificities of each platform and also learn how to think about content in a global way, regardless of the platform.   As a product manager of Abril, I've worked on the migration of 21 sites to WordPress, the company's main digital project in 2016. In addition to leading a team of 16 professionals (designers, information architects and product managers) I am responsible for prioritizing the work of 5 agile scrum development teams. I make the connection between newsrooms, IT, marketing and other business units, understanding the brands' needs and coordinating the team in order to find the best and most viable solutions, focusing on the features that will bring the most value for the users and for the products. Show less As Veja São Paulo’s Lead UX Designer, I completed the design project created by Huge Inc. for the website, creating new features and proposing new solutions to improve it. I learned how to work with an agile development and how to translate the journalists’ needs to the development team.
