The communications and satellite company is publicly traded and is headquartered in Mclean, Virginia.Responsibilities:• Designed an automation framework to test web and Integrated Web Services where the automated test scripts eliminated the need to run manual jobs for each script which increased the performance by 10X. Invested ~12 hours to reduce the time taken to write each script manually from ~170 hours to 15 minutes.• Reduced the defects from 2000 to 10 by documenting test cases, executing them in Awetest, generated daily test reports about test status and defects summary.• Resolved a major bug where the web page was loading more than 1MM cells of data from various data sources.
