  My respobsibilities in this position ;-Logistic supplier management and tender management for 80.000 truck transports (140 million tl budget) in Kastamonu Entegre's 6 domestic plants .- Contract mangement and following suptliers performances by measuring their KPIs-Reducing domestic transportations costs-Bid bollection for spot truck suppling- Bid collection for low bed suppling -25000 trucks /year suppling for Gebze plants transports with 3 people in my crew .-Researching for alternatives transportation modes-Preapering anual and monthly reports Lihat lebih sedikit I am responsible for all logistics processes in the Gebze plant of Kastamonu Entegre.
