Ensured quality assurance for $14 million in equipment through effective storage, inventory, preventive maintenance, and asset utilization Led a team of 35 in operational maintenance, managing training, health, welfare, and professional development to ensure readiness and efficiency for over 3,500 pieces of equipment. Orchestrated maintenance operations across multiple organizations, achieving a 90% operational readiness rate by overseeing $2.5 million in quarterly repair parts, resolving over 400 equipment faults, and optimizing the supply chain using the Army’s Global Combat Supply System (GCSS-Army).
