  I started as an IT support junior and worked my way up into the Infrastructure department. We were working with Windows 2000 to deploy a full AD and Exchange migration from NT and 5.5. We also used products such as RIS, SUS and DFS which were relatively new concepts at the time.

  I worked with an international team to re-design the Active Directory and move from various disjoined AD environments to a Server 2003 AD forest with the UK being the primary site. We also moved the entire business from the old site in Slough to Langley with only 2 hours downtime thanks to extensive planning and preparation.
