  I work with several NHS clients to build bespoke software aiming to improve staff training workflow and increase compliance rate. I was also involved in an award-winning NHS staff training passport that is now used by many NHS trusts with around 100,000 staff using the platform on a regular basis.Key Responsibilities:- work with clients to understand software requirements and produce specifications for software development teams- communicate with stakeholders from director through to administrator - identified core functions, logical data structure design from the back-end perspective, and various iterations of the user interface design from the front-end perspectiveAchievements:- NHS staff training passport that met GDPR standards and won a prestigious industry award- develop a solution to replace paper sign-in registers with a mobile app solution using QR codes to capture attendance that is used by various NHS trusts including NHS Nightingale and Vaccination Centres Show less
