      Job Description: • report to the Board of Royal Swazi Distillers and the GM – Manufacturing at the Royal Swazi Sugar Corporation (RSSC)• Responsible for the distribution and sale of 13m liters of Potable Grade Neutral Spirit internationally.• 14 employees at the Durban site and a 19 people at the Swaziland Distillery.• Fully responsible for the company’s Balance Sheet and Income Statements. • Profitability was increased from a loss of approximately R1 Million per annum to over R13 Million per annum during my tenure.• Local market share was doubled in 3 yearsACHIEVEMENTS:• Introduction of ISO9001/2000 Standards and Certification.• Acceptance by Diageo/UDV (No 1 in World), Pernod Ricard (No 2 in World), Brown-Forman (No 5 in World) for our quality and as a Vendor.• Relocation of Factory from Jacobs to a green-field site in Umbogintwini. This involved the location and building on a new site, de-commissioning, re-commissioning and rebuilding of storage tanks (150,000 litres storage capacity) and re-erection of distillation columns.• The new factory was financed entirely from internal cash reserves (ZAR5.5 Million) generated during my tenure and was completed within the budgeted expenditure and time schedule set for the project.• Repayment of all outstanding Shareholder Loans (ZAR4 Million).• The Balance Sheet was therefore completely restructured and was entirely debt-free.
