This involved the location and building on a new site, de-commissioning, re-commissioning and rebuilding of storage tanks (150,000 litres storage capacity) and re-erection of distillation columns.• The new factory was financed entirely from internal cash reserves (ZAR5.5 Million) generated during my tenure and was completed within the budgeted expenditure and time schedule set for the project.• Repayment of all outstanding Shareholder Loans (ZAR4 Million).• The Balance Sheet was therefore completely restructured and was entirely debt-free. This then placed the business in a very strong position to take on a new phase of the business and expand capacity. Show less
