After this temporarily worked within Production helping with packing and post room duties. I then managed to get a role within customer services within the call centre taking orders and dealing with queries which helped me move roles into the Customer Care Team handling (B2B) client queries, rearranging deliveries, placing orders and running client reports.       Looking after my own portfolio of customers, my role was to make sure customers were paying the best prices, trying to get customers to set up a direct debit on their account, explaining how their Gas or Electricity bills are worked out, taking meter reads and ensuring customers are aware of what other products we offered e.g. Insurance & Business Heating Care.
