  When Desconectta contacted me, they were defining the product and needed to understand the users, their pain points and preferences. I came up with a work schedule which contained desk research, benchmarking, CSD matrix, user interviews and surveys, personas, design principles and meetings with developers and the marketing team. By the end of the process, the business partners had a complete discovery material to better understand the users. This material also helped other stakeholders as input to develop the website.   I design offshore investment experiences, both for retail and wealth clients. There's an array of needs when it comes to the offshore ecosystem, therefore, I must work with different apps, web platforms and languages (English and Portuguese) in order to provide the best experiences for different personas. As a cross-functional professional working in different business fronts, I make end-to-end flows and contribute to strategic business decisions around the mobile app, always trying to design friendly and trustworthy experiences for hundreds of thousands of users.
