      Mike Cannon started and managed a tree nursery and did extension work in the local villages for tree work and soil conservation.

      Initially a manager at the club, Mike Cannon went on to become partner. He taught mat Pilates for 10 years, Spin for 12 years, and has been the Masters swim coach for over 15 years.

      Mike Cannon is a four-time finisher of the Ironman World Championship Triathlon in Kona. He was a sub-ten hour finisher at Ironman Canada in 2002. He is also a former USA Triathlon All-American and has competed in US Nationals and the World Championships. He has won his age group at many Triathlons, including Wildflower and the Vineman.
