      Sept 2012 - Dec 2012
      Client File Manager

I was part of a team working on a major project to review and evaluate the banks sales of certain products to small and medium sized businesses in an FSA led investigation. My team worked alongside a number of other divisions to ensure we had a complete profile on each client, searching for information where missing and ensuring any anomalies were corrected. Teamwork and time management were essential as the project was spread over numerous divisions with strict deadlines. At times I was also asked to quality check the teams work before the final edit was submitted and so it was imperative that I fully understood all aspects not only of the work my team was involved in, but also the project as a whole.
