  - Winner of 2023 Q1 Greater China Best Team Award for the team work during the installation of a NovaSeq X Plus in the first wave of the product launch. Worked closely with the product development team from the US HQ to commission the first NovaSeq X Plus in HK within a tight schedule. The timely commissioning of the instrument was important not only for the customer, but also it contributes to a significant portion of the revenue of Hong Kong.- Winner of 2021 Q1 Greater China Award for communication with the government and establishing the internal WI of Electrical Safety Test. The test is often a mandatory requirement for business in government and hospitals.- Set up and maintain the first parts warehouse in the Greater China region.- Support DNA sequencers and micro-array scanners including iScan, iSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq 550, NextSeq 2000, NovaSeq 6000 and NovaSeq X Plus.
