I am proud that during my time there we designed a new strategy for the area which changed the team's position from "execution" to "professional support".Responsibilities:- Aligned with the company goals setup the CRM strategy and the team's KPIs for all the consumer financial products which are mainly focusing on activation, x-sell, up-sell and retention- Initiation of the annual CRM Business Plan (Personal Loan, Debit and credit card, Overdraft, Bank account, Additional services, Online Channels, Insurances for consumers and small business) and presentation to the top management for approval- Regular result sharing on CEO and Consumer Head level- Regular capacity and activity planning for all outbound telesales calls (80.000 records/month)- Approval for all CRM campaign proposal and direct marketing creatives before launch, ranking them according to the channel capacities and based on cost-benefit evaluation- Active cooperation with Product Management, Risk Management, Marketing, Sales, Reporting Team, Marketing agencies and TeleSales partners Projects under my coordination what I am proud of:- Coordinating TeleSales Agency Tender in 2015. Our costs are decreased by 10% due to thisprocurement process.- Designing and adopting CRM Customer Contact Policy which controls the frequency of directmarketing contacts per customer based on comprehensive response history logic. The result of this approach: increased efficiency and decreased customer frustration.- Developing and implementing Next Best Offer sales strategy to increase sales efficiency andoptimize telesales capacity. (member of GE Capital that time) I was responsible for the CRM activities of personal loan, overdraft, bank account and all related services and products (ca. Debit card, Mobil Bank etc).
