  • Research about collective confidence calibration and gender bias in the confidence level of the individuals during group discussion.• Worked on the hypothesis and added new parameters and definitions to it by analyzing it on various terms, such as overall confidence level, distribution of different confidence levels of each gender, and studied the effect of group discussion on it. • Founded the anomalies and the reason behind the biases in the confidence level of a particular gender when the group structure isnot uniform, and the distribution of men and women among it is different. • Used Microsoft Excel for initial studying, cleaning, and storing the official data of the study of participants conducted in Wharton behavioral lab, University of Pennsylvania, and performed SQL queries for the analysis using Microsoft SSMS.
