  In my role at Graphisoft, I am responsible for the strategy, planning, framework, content, execution and roll-out of our digital learning programs and offerings. In this ever evolving field, Graphisoft aspires to offer an innovative, global, standardised, but personalised digital learning experience to our customers, via several media.While our offerings have to be in line with the standards of the digital learning industry, at the same time, they have to be excellent from the technical perspective too. My experience and expertise from the industry has enabled me to develop offerings which are in line with the real needs of our industry and focus on implementing and managing BIM processes at office and project levels, but at the same time are aligned with international standards, such as IFC and ISO 19650, making them robust and future-proof for our customers.When I am not travelling, I am based in the UK. I belong to the Global Customer Success department, reporting to the VP of Global Customer Success.
