  As a member of Tools Engineering at Phenom, I've been actively involved in four projects: APM, Discovery, Audit, and Provisioning, each serving distinct purposes.In the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) project, we focus on observability for Phenom products. By collecting and monitoring crucial business metrics, our platform empowers Phenom teams to proactively address product issues, often resolving them before customers notice.Provisioning initiates the discovery process by creating accounts and configuring default settings for all products. This ensures seamless onboarding across all subscribed Phenom products, with alert notifications triggered in case of onboarding failures.Discovery centralizes TXM answers, facilitating customer onboarding automation.The Audit project supports the OGD team in assessing scores and estimations for each audit, aiding in deal confirmations with prospects.I have worked as a full-stack developer and site reliability engineer for all these products.
