  This was my first employment immediately after my graduation. As the Section Head of Quality Assurance, my responsibilities included monitoring the daily in-process and outgoing production. My other job functions are to set up the SOP(Standard Operation Procedure), WI(Work Instructions) and the SPC system(Statistic Process Control) to ensure the products are comply with the quality standards. I also performed procedure auditing and chaired the monthly quality review meeting and cross department task force to enhance the communications and understanding between the company production and the customer requisitions. Later I was transferred to the Application Department for the business turnaround plan, to diversify our business from semiconductor provider into full solution provider. I was assigned to enhance the process flow of the new business, include setting up the procurement, logistic, quality control and after sales service procedure. Furthermore, I have been assigned to provide technical support and service for customer in Vietnam and Moscow. My responsibilities were to identify the customer specifications and requirement, ensuring the company production was comply with customer expectation, competitor analysis and development of new sample.   My main task is to provide the analysis for the preparation of the annual business plan and new route development for Malaysia Airlines. The tasks include competitor analysis and financial viability and business opportunities studies for both new destinations and existing services.I was assigned to model the forecast of long term fleet planning, and the network financial costing to synchronize the final output between our department and the company’s Passenger Revenue Accounting Department using MS Excel VBA. In addition, I was asked to develop a model for sensitivity of fuel price effect on the network revenue, network connectivity of a hub and automated weekly and monthly reports.
