      One of my main responsibilities in the job was to assist in the production of reports for the IT department, by writing and designing them for business user purposes. I had to ensure that the daily production schedules(messages) were completed and up to date. I also was assisting the project team in the testing of reports for migration purposes that were being converted from one system to a different one. I had responsibility of the user departments weekly helpdesk stats I was running and updating for the senior executive management.
