  Within this role I assist the Head Performance Analyst with pre- season, training and game day preparation. I film training sessions, strength sessions and fitness sessions then code these sessions to provide footage for the coaches. Through the use of FairPlay software, we use video-based analysis as a method for feedback for the manager who then uses a game highlights package to relay this information to the players to help improve their performance. With the season under way, I help with training and match day set up. This involves setting up all cameras, laptops and live in game coding within the coaches box. Post game, this footage has to be relayed back to the coaches efficiently and quickly, multi- tasking is an essential skill to have when doing this. Show less
