      While serving as an Operations Manager, on a campus of over 400 people, I planned and supervised four-week-long conferences on topics selected by students, professors, and staff. I worked as a Human Resources Generalist, which included producing paychecks, keeping track of employee documentation, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding. In collaboration with professors and the Board of Trustees, I facilitated strategic planning sessions.• Facilitated new student recruiting efforts for the institute and created specific planning frameworks for moving students from Nonstop to College at time of reopening; 18-month campaign spearheaded by faculty in response to school's 1-year closure.
