During this T/A, (CDU, FCCU, PRU, AG TANKS, DHDS, DHT, MS-Block-CCR, NIU, NLU, Merox-II) ➢ The chemical cleaning was also performed to both the reaction and fractionation sections of the Alky unit. ➢ The Acid Relief Neutralizer internally inspected and found in good condition. ➢ The Acid Re-Run Column shell and heads have experienced some general corrosion but still in good serviceable condition. ➢ The Iso-stripper was internally inspected. The visual inspection showed no significant corrosion on the shell or heads of this tower. Show less
